Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Banking & Financial Services)
IMI Delhi’s two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Banking & Financial Services) is designed to address the evolving talent requirements of the banking and financial services sector by developing future-ready management professionals with strong technical expertise, managerial capabilities, and a global perspective. The curriculum adopts a holistic and integrated approach to banking and financial services, with specialized coursework spanning all six terms rather than being confined to the second year. Over the course of the program, students build deep domain expertise in areas such as credit analysis, fixed income securities, derivatives, risk management, and fintech. Experiential learning is a key feature of the program, with students working on live market data in the Bloomberg Lab, completing three industry-focused capstone modules, and engaging with senior practitioners during two dedicated Block Weeks. The second year further enhances students’ capabilities through advanced coursework in applied artificial intelligence for finance, including large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI applications. Graduates are well prepared for careers across banking, capital markets, risk management, wealth management, and fintech.
